Radio Dramas

These projects were done as part of my curriculum at Michigan Technological University. I worked with a team of students and were responsible for finding actors, all of the recording and mixing, composition, sound design, and final mixing and mastering of the final project.

Ylla
 is a story from the collection The Martian Chronicles by Ray Bradbury. This particular story is the 4th in the collection and follows a specific Martian couple. Ylla, the wife of Yll, keeps having visions about meeting astronauts from Earth, but the common belief from Yll and all other Martians is that there is no life on Earth. The story follows the couple as they deal with the recurring visions from Ylla.

My responsibilities included:
Director, composer, music editor, and foley artist.

 

An Die Musik:
is a story written by Ursula Le Guin and is a short story in a collection short stories called the Orsinian Tales which is set in an imaginary land called Orsinia. The story, set in 1938, explores the ideas of music’s role in humanity.

My responsibilities included:
Voice acting director, music supervisor, and music editor.
